Membrane Filter Press

It has the advantages of high squeezing pressure and long membrane life.

Its squeezing forms are divided into gas squeezing and water squeezing, which can meet the needs of different industries. The control adopts PLC (Siemens, Schneider, ABB) and human-machine interface. For general materials, the membrane can fully exert the squeezing and dehydration effect after 3-15 minutes. For some special materials, use the segmented squeezing method, that’s first low-pressure squeezing and second high-pressure squeezing.

The function is to improve the dehydration efficiency of the entire machine, increase the dryness of the filter cake, reduce pollution, and reduce labor force by squeezing the filter cake after the feeding process is completed. In some processes, the drying process can be omitted. Air blowing also can be added before and after squeezing to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.

Highlighting features:

·Significantly shorten the filtration time. In the later stage of filtration, the filtration efficiency is extremely low. By using the membrane squeezing function, this process can be completed in a very short time, greatly improving the efficiency.

·To save operational power consumption, in the later stage of filtration, the flow rate is small, the pressure is high, and the power consumption of the feeding pump is also high. By using the membrane squeezing function, this process can be completed in an extremely short time, saving power consumption.

·Improve the dryness(solid content) of filter cakes, reduce the moisture content of filter cakes, and perform secondary pressing on the filter cake after static filtration by membrane squeezing, which rearranges the structure of the filter cake, increases its density, and replaces some of the water, thereby improving the dryness.

·Improve the processing capacity of the filter press.

·Increase the operational flexibility of the filter press, especially for operations that require cake cleaning.
